This is a Class A seller. I received the item and unfortunately after its initial startup it didn't sound right. I took a video and something was off. I wasn't comfortable enough with taking the side off of the computer off to see what might be wrong and he offered a full refund with no fuss. Turns out it was a wire that came loose during shipping and was getting into the fan causing an unpleasant sound. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Item (large) was in shrink wrapped, blacked out packaging so content was unseen. Mark "Fragile" multiple times on all sides. Signature was required for this expensive item.
